There is a strong relationship between the environment and the music people listen to, but finding the right songs to match the moment can be challenging. How might we create a solution that delivers the right tune at the right time?
2 / Design Process
This project began with user interviews and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and industry gaps. I organized insights through an affinity diagram and used a feature prioritization matrix to define the most impactful functionalities. With clear user personas guiding the process, I moved into wireframing, iterating from low to high fidelity. Finally, I developed a cohesive design and branding system, delivering a polished interface that balanced usability with Veritune’s identity.

Through a research-driven design process, I created an experience that harnesses AI to scan a user’s surroundings and integrate data such as heart rate, activity level, and environmental cues. This approach eliminates the friction of endlessly scrolling through playlists by delivering a personalized soundtrack that adapts in real time. By prioritizing features around simplicity and seamless interaction, the final design balances innovation with intuitive usability.
The resulting solution positions Veritune as more than just a music app, it becomes a personalized sound companion that enhances daily life. With a design system that emphasizes clarity, accessibility, and brand identity, the app is equipped to scale while consistently delivering an effortless, context-aware listening experience.
